To Our Dear Patients and Friends,
After much thought and consideration, we have decided it is time for us to retire.
As much as we still love what we do, our bodies are wearing out. Thank you for your trust and confidence in allowing us to take care of your dental needs. It has been the honor of our lives to have been your dentists and friends. You have truly enriched our lives over the last 36 years.
We have sold our practice to Dr. Ricky Pan. We have selected Dr. Pan out of numerous candidates who were interested in purchasing our practice. Dr. Pan’s qualifications and integrity impressed us. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in South Florida and then completed a general practice residency at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. In addition, Dr. Pan’s philosophy regarding dental treatment and patient care is similar to ours.
On a personal level, we believe his kind personality and temperament would be an excellent fit for our practice. We are sure you will feel as comfortable with him as you have been with us.
Our staff feels the same about Dr. Pan and are excited to work with him. Due to our confidence in Dr. Pan’s ability, he will now be our dentist as well.
Kathy and Ayet will still be your hygienists. Linda and Luisa our assistants, and Melissa, our receptionist, will also continue working in the office with Dr. Pan. Sharon, our office manager, will stay for a short time to help with the transition as she plans to retire as well.
Dr. Pan will be taking over the practice on January 31st. Thank you for your friendship and confidence all of these years.
We will miss you.
As you are aware, Drs. Cohen and Jamieson have decided to retire from the practice of dentistry. With so many dental practices out there, it can be difficult to find one that you can really call your dental home. I can see why you have chosen to be with Dr. Cohen, Dr. Jamieson and their dedicated staff. After meeting with the team, it has become quite clear our philosophy of care was aligned and suited for all of your dental needs. I feel very blessed to be able to continue the excellent care you have received.
It is a true joy to be able to do what I love. After graduating from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine and receiving The Operative Dentistry Award in my graduating class, I furthered my training at the Tufts School of Dental Medicine. Shortly after residency, I have been practicing in the Tampa area for many years along with volunteering to give back to the community. My passion for dentistry has taken me to become involved in several dental organizations and I am currently serving as President of the West Pasco Dental Association.
When I am not in the dental office, I enjoy living an active and healthy lifestyle with loved ones –
whether it is being a Disney visitor or hiking the Grand Canyon. Before dedicating my career to dentistry completely, I had the privilege of playing the piano occasionally for my local church and had fun as a ‘Nole back when I was at Florida State University.
As I begin to care for your oral health needs, please be assured that I will continue to provide the superior standard of care and service to which you are accustomed. I am also thankful that the same compassionate and dedicated staff you have known for many years will continue with me during the transition.
I am excited to meet every one of you personally in the near future and hope to continue a lasting relationship of providing you a lifetime of excellent oral health.
Grateful for You,
We perform the following dental procedures:
Crown and Bridge
The moment you walk through the door you will notice that our receptionist does not hide behind a glass panel. She will greet you cordially and answer any questions you may have. She will acknowledge you even if she is on the phone.
Our dental hygenists are kind and gentle. Sometimes a patient will have a special request to be careful of a sensitive tooth or a gag reflex. We will try different techniques to make you as comfortable as possible.
Our dental assistants are very gentle and attentive and will do everything possible to make your visit comfortable.
